Community Kirtan: An Evening of Music + Mantra
Gather with Jen on the harmonium and Jonathan on guitar for a cozy evening of music and the ancient practice of mantra meditation. By chanting short phrases in Sanskrit, we'll create vibrations in our throats, deepen our listening skills, and connect with one another in an uplifting call-and-response style practice. No experience needed — just bring an open heart and your voice, and feel the power of chanting in community!

Awakened Heart: 5-Week Asana & Mindfulness Series Inspired by the Brahma Viharas
This series is guided by asking ourselves a simple question as we navigate the ever-changing landscape of life: "how do I face this from my heart?" In Buddhism, the Brahma Viharas are described as the four faces of the heart — each both an inner quality of being and an expression of embodied action. This spring, join Liza to awaken the four faces of your heart through movement, mindfulness, and reflection practices. Together we’ll explore how these timeless qualities can spur presence, resilience, connection, and ease in everyday living. (15 CEUs)

Yin Yoga for Feeling & Healing: A Broken Hearts Club with Leah Adams
Join Leah Adams for a yin yoga practice, curated playlist and a space for resting the mind in breath and body. As a culture we celebrate and make space for positive emotions, but we lack shared spaces to process loss, grief and overwhelm. For 90 minutes, we’ll come together to pause and make space for the body, heart and mind as we move through body-based practices that are designed to activate the body’s parasympathetic response and improve neurobiological resilience. When you nurture where you are, you get where you want to go.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR EVENTS
Registration for all events, including trainings and immersion workshops, is non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by contacting us via phone, email, or in person.
We understand that plans can change, but our no-refund policy helps us maintain the quality and sustainability of our offerings. Organizing events requires significant time, effort, and resources from both the studio and our teachers. In addition, many of our trainings & workshops have limited spacing — last-minute cancellations not only prevent others from attending, but also affect the viability of the event for our dedicated instructors. As a small, local business, your understanding and cooperation not only helps us support our teachers, but also allows us to continue providing enriching experiences for our community!
